Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and security tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will be collected by our courier after your request has been made from the initial delivery address.

If your return is accepted, a courier will contact you to confirm a time for collection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@forlovingyou.com.
International Returns
Please note that we are a small business and a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of shipping for your return.
  
Terms and Conditions for For Loving You - Sale Items Refund Policy

**1. Sale Items Refund Policy**

1.1. Sale items purchased from our Website are not eligible for refunds.

1.2. However, customers may request an exchange of the sale item for store credit equal to the amount spent on the original purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1.3 We do not offer exchanges or store credit for the return/exchange of Clearance/Reduced or Sale items on international orders.

**2. Eligibility for Store Credit Exchange**

2.1. To be eligible for a store credit exchange, the following conditions must be met:

a) The item must be a sale item, clearly marked as such on the product page at the time of purchase.

b) The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

c) The request for an exchange must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

d) Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.

2.2. Items that do not meet these eligibility criteria will not be considered for a store credit exchange.

**3. Store Credit**

3.1. Store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card or voucher and will be equivalent to the amount paid for the sale item, excluding any shipping charges or taxes.

3.2. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our Website and has no expiry date.

3.3. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.

**4. Exchange Process**

4.1. To initiate an exchange for store credit, customers must contact our customer support team at info@forlovingyou.com within the specified 14-day period, providing the necessary information and proof of purchase.

4.2. Once the request is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item to our designated address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4.3. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility, we will issue store credit to the customer's account within 10 business days.

**5. General Terms**

5.1. We reserve the right to modify or amend this Sale Items Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.

5.2. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

5.3. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the use of our Website will be governed by the laws of Dubai International Arbitration Centre  , and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai International Arbitration Centre.

5.4. These Terms and Conditions, including the Sale Items Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and For Loving You regarding your use of our Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
