When will my order arrive?

2 hour delivery 30 AED (Dubai - order before 4pm)

Same Day Delivery 25 AED (Dubai -order before 12pm)

Same Day Delivery 30 AED (other emirates - order before 12pm)

Next Day Delivery 15 AED (order before 2:00pm)

2 hour delivery is only available in Dubai

Timings may change throughout the Ramadan period.

Cut off timings for orders as below:

Next Day and International Orders: 12pm

Same Day Orders: 11am

Delivery attempts will be made between 9am and 5pm Monday - Saturday

International shipping rates vary based on country of destination and weight of the parcel. Please note that the amount calculated at checkout excludes VAT and ten (10)% government fees and eighteen (18)% fuel surcharge, subject to change on monthly basis. Refer to our terms and conditions page for more information.

 

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes! If you're order isn't suitable, send an email to info@forlovingyou.com or send us a DM on Instagram or Facebook. We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm collection of your items. Items must be unworn, not damaged, with tags and security ribbons/tags intact. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

Please note, sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged or exchanged for store credit. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy
