INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping is calculated at the check out and dependent upon the weight of your parcel and your location. Shipping fees are exclusive of custom fees which will be fulfilled by you, the customer.

Allow 14 business days to receive your order, but we aim to deliver to you much quicker than that!

Exhanges and Returns valid 14 days from the date your item was received. Item must not be worn or damaged. Tag and security tag/ribbon must remain intact.

Clearance / Reduced and Sale items will not be refunded. Exchanges will be granted providing the item is returned in its existing condition.

International Returns

We know that shopping online can be tricky, especially when shopping internationally. We want to make your returns process is as easy as possible (of course we hope you won't need it).

Generate your return via one of the methods listed above (the item must be returned in the conditions stated above and within 14 days of receipt of your parcel). A courier will collect your parcel.

Please note that we are a small business and a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of shipping for your return.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges on clearance/ reduced or sale items on international orders.
